Barre
Barre is a unique and dynamic full-body workout that combines elements of Pilates, yoga, and ballet. What sets barre apart is its ability to provide functional strength training while being gentle on the joints and body, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels. While most barre classes have similarities, SWS classes are driven by music (beat-based) and influenced by our founder's athletic background. This combination of techniques and inspiration creates a workout that is not only effective but also enjoyable, making it a popular choice for those looking to improve their strength and flexibility in a low-impact way.
Cardio
Our Cardio class delivers a sweaty, feel-good workout built around low-impact, high-energy movement. You’ll flow through heart-pumping sequences designed to boost endurance, build heat, and leave you feeling strong—without the harsh impact on your joints. Midway through class, we break things up with a strength-based interval “intermission” to challenge your muscles, reset your focus, and add a little extra fire before returning to cardio to finish strong. Expect uplifting music, fun combinations, and thoughtful guidance that keeps you moving with intention. You’ll leave feeling energized, empowered, and proud of the work you put in.
Mat Pilates
Our mat Pilates class centers on breath, control, precision, and intentional sequencing to build deep core strength and full-body stability. You’ll move through grounded, low-impact exercises that enhance spinal mobility, posture, and functional alignment, with props like rings, balls, and light bands may be used to enhance challenge or deepen support. Expect a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, mindful transitions, and clear instructor cues that help you connect to your body on a deeper level. You’ll leave feeling centered, lifted, and strong from the inside out.
Step Aerobics
Channel your inner 80s baddie in our upbeat, heart-pumping Step Aerobics class. Think fun choreography, energizing music, and feel-good movement that gets your heart rate up without the harsh impact. You’ll build coordination, endurance, and confidence as you move through rhythmic step sequences designed to keep you smiling and sweating. Come for the endorphins—stay for the community. Every class is packed with good vibes, encouragement, and that nostalgic throwback energy that makes working out feel like play. You’ll leave feeling uplifted, strong, and a little more in love with movement.
Pilates + Strength
Our signature class is rooted in the fundamentals of Pilates: breath, mind-body connection, precision + form, deep core work, and spinal mobility, and fused with the benefits of functional strength training using compound movements, heavier weights, fun props, and spicy combos to keep your heart rate up and classes interesting. Every class will be a little different and every instructor will give it their own special flair. You might notice elements of both classical and contemporary Pilates, yoga, and/or barre paired with more traditional strength movements. You'll leave class feeling grounded and energized, strong and balanced.
Sunday Scaries
Stretch
Do the Sunday scaries have you stressed about the week ahead? Ease into your week with our Sunday Scaries Stretch—a deeply restorative class designed to melt tension, quiet the mind, and reset your body before Monday arrives. We start with a gentle warm-up to prime your muscles and open the joints, preparing you for longer, deeper stretches that release the places where stress likes to hide. Expect dim lights, chill vibes, slow intentional movement, and plenty of space to breathe. This class is all about grounding, softening, and giving your body the recovery it craves after a busy week. You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer, and more centered—ready to take on the week with a clear head and an open body.
Sweat+ Stretch
Our Sweat + Stretch class is the perfect balance of high-intensity, low-impact cardio and deep, intentional flexibility work. The first half of class gets your heart rate up with spicy, rhythm-driven combos designed to build heat, boost endurance, and strengthen your entire body—without the joint stress. Once you’re warm, we transition into a longer, slower stretch sequence that melts tension, improves mobility, and gives your muscles the care they often don’t get. Expect breath-led holds, feel-good releases, and space to find length in all the places you tend to neglect. It’s equal parts energizing and grounding—ideal for anyone who wants a sweaty, uplifting workout and the recovery their body deserves. You’ll leave class feeling open, refreshed, and balanced from head to toe.
